Here I can help you determine how you want to approach your “diet” and how we can achieve your health goals. I like to use the term “diet” to address what you eat, and not necessarily how you are going to manage your eating. Being able to have a good relationship with the food that you eat is a critical focus of what I want to help with, while still working towards the goals you are wanting to achieve. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, focus on performance or anything in between we can work together towards finding what best works for you while not making it feel like a daunting task.
