With this type of programming you can work in a more traditional form of exercise. I will develop these programs based on what you are looking to achieve. Whether you are looking to develop yourself for entering or playing collegiate sports, or for overall more traditional strength and conditioning development I will focus on your personal goals and help you achieve them. We can decide what you are looking to improve on and determine how specific you want to focus your training. This is the route you're going to want to take if you are a sport specific athlete.
